NEED TO SETTLE MY DOCTOR: WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

So, I'm going to pay my medical bill, and it says paymydoctor hacked I need a client ID. Here's the catch: I can't find it anywhere! I've looked in my emails. Did my doctor's office send it to me? Do they have a separate portal? Any suggestions about getting this client ID would be greatly appreciated. Accessing Veradigm Pay My Doctor with Payme
